Cloud Identity - OAuth 2.0 Client credentials Flow

I have a question, is it possible implement OAuth 2.0 with Google Cloud Identity?, if so, I’m looking up how can I implement Client Credentials Flow (https://cloud.google.com/apigee/docs/api-platform/security/oauth/oauth-20-client-credentials-grant-type) with Cloud Indentity, or is there another option where I can use a Service Account with Cloud Identity.
