I’m having an issue trying to verify customer’s domain for Cloud Identity and was hoping for some help.
Here’s what customer’ve done:
I copied the TXT record from the Admin Console and added it to customer domain’s DNS settings.
I have confirmed using external DNS lookup tools (like nslookup) that the TXT record has propagated and is publicly visible.
The Problem:
Even though the TXT record is confirmed to be set up correctly, the Cloud Identity admin page is still showing the “Verify your domain” message and won’t let me complete the process.
Is there a known fix for this, or is there anything else I should check?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
