Cloud Console set up but no admin access to Workspace — blocked from org settings

I set up our Google Cloud Console, but I’ve run into a permissions issue that we can’t seem to resolve.

We already have a Google Workspace for the business. It appears my business partner has additional access compared to me, but yesterday we both got blocked when trying to change some organization-level settings.

The bigger issue is that I can’t even see who currently has admin or super admin access, and I don’t have the permissions needed to check or modify roles. I’m also unable to submit a support ticket to Google because my account doesn’t have the required access level.

So at the moment we’re stuck — unable to change org settings, unable to view the admin roles, and unable to contact support from inside the account.

Has anyone run into this before or know the correct path to regain or identify Super Admin access in this situation?
