Is it possible to arrange horizontal columns in Descending order (From Highest to Lowest)?
The Chart view was kind of abandoned in favor of the new Chart view, but that one was kind of abandoned as well when Google started to work on other features.
The only way to get what you need is to use the new Chart which is in preview and with some bugs

Based on your reply I can understand that chart view will not support my requirements.
Atleast Does quickchart.io supports my requirements? If no I not will spend time in quick chart.io
QuickChart will fulfill many requirements, including this one
