I’m facing a persistent issue where a column of type ‘Date’ is not appearing as an available option for an axis in a ‘Line’ chart view.
The same column does appear as an option for other chart types (like Bar or Pie), but it is specifically missing for the Line Chart.
Troubleshooting steps already taken:

Confirmed the column type is ‘Date’ in the AppSheet editor.

Standardized all data in the source Google Sheet to YYYY-MM-DD format.

Confirmed the column is not a Key or a Label.

Regenerated the table schema multiple times.

Attempted a workaround by creating a virtual ‘clone’ column of the date column; the clone also does not appear.

Deleted and re-created the chart view from scratch.

Deleted and re-added the entire source table to the app definition.
Given these steps, this appears to be a platform bug or a corrupted state in my app’s definition.
