You can sync groups from AD to Google via Google Cloud Directory Sync — see https://support.google.com/a/answer/106368?hl=en
The simpler, but fully cloud-based, Directory Sync tool might also fit the bill— check out https://support.google.com/a/answer/10616183?hl=en for more on that.
