Can't access AppSheet template 'Marketing Docs'

Hi,

I can’t access the ‘Marketing Docs’ template located at

https://www.appsheet.com/templates/An-app-for-a-marketing-team-to-access-customer-case-studies-on-and-offline?appGuidString=2018fca7-8a19-49b9-a10b-7f53a05b7125

The error is:

Error Creating App
Error: You do not have permission to clone the source app

Any ideas for how to get access?

Not sure this is the problem, but I am wondering if this might have to do with your organization’s internal settings regarding Appsheet. If you are not trying to clone the app with your organization’s credentials then ignore this.

The reason is because that sample app is set as “Hide app definition”. I will ask to modify this.

May I ask from where did you find this template app?

It seems that this sample app “Marketing Docs” is not supported as a sample anymore, unfortunately.

It’s a very old sample app owned by AppSheet :slightly_smiling_face:
