Cannot preview PDF files online, Google Apps Viewer resource returns 404 error

Hi all

I am experiencing an issue when previewing PDF files online on my system. Previously, it worked normally, but now when I open a PDF file, it only displays plain text on a white background, without any functions such as zoom or print.

When I checked with DevTools, I found that the request to the Google Apps Viewer resource returns a 404 error. Details:

  • Request URL:
    https://www.gstatic.com/_/apps-viewer/_/ss/k=apps-viewer.standalone.JJGrvvGhwJc.L.W.0/am=AAAW/d=0/rs=AB...

  • Request Method: GET

  • Status Code: 404

After this error, the PDF is not rendered correctly—the preview only shows plain text, missing all expected functionalities.

Hey, 1st of all you have to uninstall all pdf apps after that restart your system then install Google word then see what happens
