Normally it takes 15…20 minutes to update your account. Are you still seeing this behavior?

It appears that you are on the wrong plan based on the features you are using in your application.
If you go to the My Account > App Info pane you will see the problem.
You can either upgrade your billing plan or you can eliminate the features that exceed the capability of your current plan.
