please help so that our custom appsheet can displays the shortcut on phone, for information i using vivo phone

Hi, may I ask what kind of issue you have with your shortcut? When you try to create it, what does it show? Any errors or warnings?

There is no warning whatsoever, but when viewed on the cellphone desktop there is no shortcut from my custom appsheet

Any chance that the shortcut icon is another page than on the main view?

Have you added the app icon as a photo or with an URL link? If with an URL link, please check that you are using https:// instead of http://
