Can AppSheet handle my non-standard project?

I’m considering AppSheet for a project and have read the docs but still have a few questions re: my non-standard project.

  1. Can I use AppSheet as a window into a fairly complicated Google Sheet? I want to create “screens” from portions of tabs (rather than having a dedicated tab dedicated to each AppSheet screen). The user should then be able to check boxes to select / deselect options and also enter numbers. I then want to string these “screens” together in AppSheet based on which options the user chooses along the way.

  2. Can my project maintain a different Google Sheet for each user? I’m not consolidating info from multiple users. Instead I am providing a completely individual experience for each user, so I want each user should maintain their own Google Sheet.

Can AppSheet handle this approach? If not, is there something else that can?

(1) is not clear. Perhaps slices would give you at least part of what you need.

Maintaining a separate spreadsheet for each user is possible using partitions, so long as they’re all of an identical structure. Slices might also be an option.
