Application: Okayama Rent Search

User type: External

Publishing status: Testing

OAuth scope:

Number of users: 1 (myself only)

Application type: Desktop application
I would like to switch from Testing to In production because the OAuth refresh token expires after approximately seven days.
However, the “Publish app” button is disabled because the Branding configuration is incomplete.
I do not operate a public website, privacy policy page, or terms of service page, as this is a personal-use application.
Could you please clarify:
-
Are public homepage, privacy policy, and terms of service URLs mandatory for an External app used by only one person?
-
Is there an official exception or supported procedure for personal-use apps to switch to In production without these URLs?
-
If the URLs are mandatory, what is the minimum compliant setup for a personal desktop application?
I am not seeking OAuth app verification. I only want to change the publishing status to avoid the seven-day Testing refresh-token expiration.
Thank you for your guidance.
