CAMBIO DE COLOR EN CARPETAS COMPARTIDAS

EN LAS CARPERAS COMPARTIDAS, SERIA BUENO QUE SE PUEDAN CAMBIAR LOS COLORES DE LAS CARPETAS PARA CLASIFICARLAS POR EJEMPLO, VERDE PARA LAS CARPETAS DE PROYECTOS EN PROCESO DE EJECUCION, AMARILLO PARA LAS CARPETAS DE PROYECTOS TERMINADOS Y ROJO PARA LAS CARPETAS DE PROYECTOS CANCELADOS, ESTO TE PERMITE A SIMPLE VISTA VER SU ESTATUS, CREO QUE ES UNA BUENA IDEA Y NO COMO SE ENCUENTRA ACTUALMENTE QUE SOLO QUIEN CAMBIA EN COLOR CON SU USUARIO LE APARECEN ESTOS CAMBIOS, ESTAMOS HABLANDO DE UNA CARPETA QUE ESTA COMPARTIDA PARA VARIOS USUARIOS Y TODOS DEBEMOS VISUALIZAR LO MISMO.

If you are submitting a feature idea, be sure to explain the problem that you’re trying to solve with the feature idea, not just the idea itself. For example, saying “when my users are trying to do ‘A’, they often get confused by the fact that the buttons to do ‘X’ and to do ‘Y’ look quite similar to each other, which leads to this unintended consequence” is far more likely to get fixed than a feature idea that just says “change the color of the button ‘Y’”.

CURRENTLY IN MY WORK WE USE THE SHARED FOLDERS TOOL, WE FOUND IT VERY PRACTICAL BECAUSE ALL OF US WHO COLLABORATE IN PROJECTS IN DIFFERENT AREAS SUCH AS ACCOUNTING, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, OPERATIONS, WAREHOUSE, PURCHASING, ETC. ALL THE DEPARTMENTS INVOLVED POST INFORMATION THAT EACH DEPARTMENT IT IS GENERATED IN THE “X” FOLDER OF EACH PROJECT, TO TAKE BETTER CONTROL WE ARE TRYING TO MANAGE THE FOLDERS ACCORDING TO THE STATUS PRESENTED IN EACH CASE OR PROJECT, WHICH ARE;
1.- PROJECT IN EXECUTION
2.- EXECUTED PROJECT
3.- CANCELED PROJECT
THE WORK TEAM OCCURRED THAT AN EASY WAY TO IDENTIFY THE FOLDERS WAS TO CLASSIFY THESE 3 STATUS BY COLOURS, AS FOLLOWS:

1.- PROJECT IN EXECUTION - GREEN FOLDER
2.- EXECUTED PROJECT - BLUE COLOR FOLDER
3.- CANCELED PROJECT - RED COLOR FOLDER

HOWEVER, WE FIND A PROBLEM; EVEN THOUGH ALL OF US WHO HAVE AUTHORIZATION IN SHARED FOLDERS CAN UPLOAD INFORMATION OR WORK WITH FILES LIKE EXCEL AND WORD AT THE SAME TIME AND THE CHANGES CAN BE SEE IN REAL TIME, THE SAME DOES NOT HAPPEN WHEN WE ASSIGN THE COLOR TO THE FOLDER, WE CONSIDER THAT IT WOULD BE IT IS VERY USEFUL TO BE ABLE TO DO THIS ESPECIALLY BECAUSE THEY ARE SHARED FOLDERS, WE HOPE YOU CAN SUPPORT US WITH THIS REQUEST AS IT GENERATES VALUE TO IMPROVE THE WAY OF WORKING REMOTELY.
