I need to calculate the time it may take to migrate thousands of data, I must do the calculation separately since they are different clients.

search for transfer calculators but the results are different from the google calculator.

Have you reviewed this article from the documentation about data migration to Google Cloud? It includes a tool to calculate the approximate migration time given an amount of data and available transfer bandwidth.
