Building an app to play a specific sound clip

Hi All - I am trying to build an application to play the content of a particular document to the user.

So following are some of the requirements where i am looking for a fitment

  1. Show to the user a list of Documents available in the system . I think this is supported in AppSheet

  2. Each document has multiple paragraphs of 2 lines each.

  3. On clicking a specific paragraph, the requirement is to play a recorded sound back to the user. Recorded sounds are available for each paragraph. This is believe is not supported in AppSheet.

Question is : Does AppSheet provide a framework to do all 3 items above?

I am not too sure if AppSheet is the right framework to build such an app.
