My tables have Data locale German (Germany). So there shouldn’t be AM/PM in my calendar view. But if I switch to calender view, my view depicts the AM/PM format. Additionally Day (TAG) is depicted in capital letters as you can see on the picture as well. Could someone help me further? Thanks!

There presently is no way to control the Calendar view to show a 24 hour time format.
I don’t believe it changes based on Locale either but we should let @Jose_Arteaga confirm that with the AppSheet team.
I’m afraid @WillowMobileSys is correct.
I found this article on how to set up Locale support in AppSheet and I noticed there is an option using TIME().
If you have a paid AppSheet license, my suggestion at this point is to contact Appsheet Support.
