Bug: Answers Shifted Columns when Submitted

One of my users submitted a new entry, and when submitted, all the answers showed up on different columns. For example, name displayed under the email address, their phone number displayed under their ID number, etc. It showed up that way on the Excel sheet, too.

This only happened once and I haven’t been able to replicate it. I am unable to post any screenshots because it contains confidential information.

That happens because the user had a older version of the app loaded onto to their device at the time. And since that version, someone had inserted a new column into the spreadsheet. You need to make sure the Table is regenerated in the app, and get all of your users to manually sync to get the latest version. In general, avoid adding new columns to your spreadsheet on an active app.
