Bot not sending to all email addresses

I have a bot which sends an email to 3 email addresses, specified in the To section.

first email is to me

second email is to clientname@ clients domain

third email is to info@ clients domain

clients domain name had a ā€œ-ā€ in the middle so it had speech marks around it. tried it as both an email and a formula, which made no difference

swapped second and third email order around, now all 3 emails arrive. Makes no sense to me, anyone any ideas?

Also I have another bot in the same app which sends an email to a customer with me and 3 of the clients email addresses as the BCC. The customer gets a copy, I get a BCC, but only one of the clietns emails gets a BCC :thinking:

I’d guess a bug with Automation. Please engage Support.
