How can we manage Billing management while using integrated developer portal?

When enabling Apigee monetization, developers can purchase API products either through the Drupal-based developer portal or by building a custom portal and using APIs to manage purchases and API products. When creating a rate plan, you configure the billing currency, billing frequency, any setup and recurring fees, and consumption-based fees.
