1. How does time travel physical bytes and fail safe physical bytes work for Partitioned BigQuery Tables with partition expiration days set as 7 days ?
   1a) Will the partitions that get expired come under time-travel and fail-safe ?
2. Also How it will be behaving for BigQuery Tables with Expiration Days set ?
