If you want to perform the data synchronizing or migration quickly and easily, you should explore different ETL tools for that. Their benefits are obvious, as usually they are either low-code or no-code solutions. Consider Skyvia (https://skyvia.com/data-integration/replicate-google-sheets-to-sql-server), Celigo, or Elastic.
I use the first one because I find it the most convenient, and it has a free version to start with.
