I’ve created a report based on Looker Data, however when i share it with the team to view they see “Authorize Now” as in the picture below. The team doesn’t have access to Looker, is their any way to give them view access to this report without giving them access to Looker?
This report you are trying to view contains data from the following connector. To view this data, you need to authorize the connector.
Is your data source set to have Viewer’s credentials? You may need to set it to Owner’s credentials which will allow the report viewers to see the data in the dashboard even though they don’t have access to the original source.

You need to connect with your organization’s Google administrator to have them update permissions.
Can you please share where the permissions need to be updated? We tried with Looker Studio with an admin account but that didn’t work.
I believe you can do it at http://admin.google.com > Apps > Settings for Looker Studio and there should be a setting there that allows report editors to specify Owner’s Credentials. I’m not an Admin for my org, so I can’t verify that, but see this help thread.
