I work in an environment with PHI. I need to be able to audit NotebookLM notebook ownership and sharing. I have tried to push activity to Big Query, everything but NotebookLM events show up in the DB. I have tried to look at logs in Google Admin, and I have enabled and then look directly in GCP for the NotebookLM events in Log Explorer for my ORG. The data is not to be found.
I just opened a support ticket with Google and was told “That you cannot find the logs related to NotebookLM through the standard Google Workspace audit channels because the integration for NotebookLM as a Workspace core service is not yet fully implemented.” Support then asked that I make a post here to ask when we might see that.
Really want to let my users use NotebookLM, but I need to be able to do the basic owners and who has access on the notbooks. Help!
