I work for a small company an in-house developer, with no formal education in C.S. (everything I know is self-taught, YouTube and the AppSheet community). I work remotely with full autonomy and my boss has requested a YTD list of “development items completed”.
To the experienced devs out there, how do you define “completed items”? Should the list be limited to full app builds, or should items such as UX improvements, new automations and resolved bugs also be counted?
