There are around 5-6 swags in Champions and Legend tier and min 3-4 in other tiers. So wait for upcoming swag drops.

Yes. for legend you need to earn 3-4 more points.

If you have 86 points then there is no need to earn more points as the Legend tier is of 85 points.
