Hello, have any of you been experiencing the same error as mine? It has been like this since last week. Can anyone have any input or fix for this? Thank you.
It seems this is happening when a user attempts to update row from a Form View? Is that correct?
The message is clearly stating the time to process the update is taking too long and hitting a timeout limit. Is there anything complicated about your update process or is it possibly processing over a large number of rows as part of the update?
Bottom line is there are limitations on how long a process is allowed to run. For some reason it appears yours is hitting that limit. If it is indeed a long running process, then you’ll need to find ways to reduce the run time. If it is a simply update to a single row in a table with few records, then you’ll need to open a ticket with AppSheet support to investigate why you are getting the timeouts.
It appears that this is happening to other users. Please see link to another post below. I recommend opening a ticket to AppSheet Support.
