Regarding the Appshheet starter plan
I have created my own App and it now used by less than 10 people. If I subscribe to Appshete starter $5 per month.
1- Can I allow users to install and use my App without having them to install the actual Appsheet software (firmware so to speak).
2- What does it actually mean $5 per month per user. is it for admin (me) or what?
3- Can I send push notification to users’ mobiles that is going to show like any push notification app for example whatsapp while I am in the starter plan. Also can users sends push notification each other.

You’re referring to “white labelling”. I believe white label requires at least 10 users. Also, that’s definitely not what “firmware” means.

It means every unique email login that opens the app per month, including someone accessing the app through the editor (a developer).

Yes, push notifications are included in the starter plan. Users can send push notifications to each other if you build that functionality in your app.

Yes definitely I know it is not called a “firmware”. I just meant to say the actual Appsheet software. If I have a paid plan; can users use my app without having them to install the actual Appsheet software.

is this after the 10 free users. so for example if I have 12 users - first 10 users are for free and each other new two users each for $5 therefore I have to pay $10 per month. please correct me.

No. 12 users is 12 users. 12*$5. Free plan is only available for personal-use apps with less than 10 users.

we are a startup business and we’ve been using our App based on Appsheet to manage our daily sales for several months now with no problem and we are 7 people. The app itself is not white-labeled but we are under free plan and all is ok for us.
when should I upgrade?
If ONLY myself have a paid plan of $5/month - can all users which use my app benefit from the push notification or each one must have a separate subscription.
And have not deployed it yet

Sounds to me like you are abusing the system. You should be paying for it right now.

Hi, I do not think so
my app is not deployed and under 10 users
@Marc_Dillon my app is still prototype
it is true about 7 users are using it but for me I am still testing and doing some edits.
Note only my team is doing their data entry via the app but also manual on papers as well
