Hi All
I wish to use Appsheet for onboarding process.
Its should look like form with a ‘tree’ of questions. Topic => few questions and info about each question => answers.
1/ struggling to upload from existing data.
- cant find my form in my drive - why is that?
- tried uploading from SHEET, but as mentioned, the structure is different… don’t have question ID, etc. so it is all messed up.
2/ tried to built it from scratch, but couldn’t handle right this required structure. is Appsheet the best way to design this process of form with one topic, many questions under it and also add info when hovering in question?
Hope it makes sense.
thanks
T
I would start with a google sheet to build your app you will need to make your data “data preparation” or “data structuring.” built for the app. column headers and UNIQUEIDS. If you are looking for group averaged data you can use a form sent out via email that can be recieved back and will populate your columns. This will collect all your data up to 100,000 rows.

There is always a use case, but will require time to develop from ground up (at most a week) on your use case and just depends on your end goal if your working by yourself and self taught on the appsheets build process. Pairing with gemini too could get you ahead on those steps if your prompt is well versed.
