Hello everyone, thank you for your patience while the AppSheet engineering team addressed the issue.
Following up on @isdal 's note above, the issue was addressed at approximately 01:30 PT on 04-Jul-2023. Server performance and sync times returned to nominal levels at that time.
We apologize for the period of reduced performance, and are following up internally to investigate root cause and prevent similar occurrences in the future.

This is an obvious fault and needs to be reported to the user.
Where will this be published?
I understand that this is verified within Google, but doesn’t this always end up being an internal Google conversation? I feel like you always avoid disclosing information to users.
Also Once again, GCP Service Health did not do its part regarding this outage.
If nothing is reported, could you please remove AppSheet from GCP Service Health as it will only cause confusion to users?

Is it AppSheet’s support quality that a report of an outage that has affected so many users ends with a mere comment on a QA topic?
This is an unthinkable state of affairs for a normal SaaS or PaaS.

To tell you the truth, I don’t want to leave any comments that would be contentious with you guys.
The service you guys are producing, AppSheet, is definitely a great one. I strongly respect it.
Unfortunately, however, I must say that you are lacking in operating from a user perspective.
Don’t forget that there are partners supporting each local AppSheet user company.
I just want to prevent them from leaving AppSheet without any comment.
