We are seeing the same error with some users. On the editor side, no reports from end users yet.
Is this isolated to Microsoft/Azure? Be curious to know if any other platforms are seeing this error.

Unfortunately the main cause for this is not found out yet.
Are there any workarounds?
One workaround should be to use other than Microsoft for login.
Similar issues reported from our user base. It is sporadic. We only have one user so far experiencing this, and he mentioned he signed out yesterday, and cannot get back in. If it helps, he seems to have two appsheet id’s under the same email. One is from waaaaaay back - like 2018, with no activity, and one is current with all of his apps.
Curious where are you seeing 2 Appsheet Id’s?
Has anyone gotten any traction with this? This is a pretty significant problem and is preventing access to our apps for some people. I have submitted a ticket.

This is a major issue as a lot of our users don’t have Google Accounts. Has anyone heard anything from Appsheet or opened a ticket with them?
Hi @AleksiAlkio our case ID is as follows: [4-4272000039231] Your Google Support Inquiry: Case ID - The issue was reported 4 days ago and the most recent response was 2 days. The response is a duplicate of the original. Issue: we are getting error" Appsheet ID on existing default UserAuth does not match". The company users are all Microsoft
We have more and more users who are affected by this and cannot use any app. We rely on Microsoft for authentication. Is anyone looking into this? @Aleksi
Hi, as per engineers, the root cause is probably found and if testing goes through, the fix will be released with today’s deployment. Sorry for the delay with this issue!

Can someone please assist? We still have 4 users with this issue and unable to login to their app. We’ve chatted with the support chat now about a half a dozen times and they keep responding with “the issue has been escalated” but our Enterprise client has now been experiencing login issues for almost a week now. It says it’s been resolved but is there anything the client should be doing on their Microsoft account or are there any specific instructions? @AleksiAlkio
We also have the issue since last week. Multiple users are not able to access our app.
