AppSheet Admin Email - Phishing Attempt? (Copyright Date/Broken Link)

I received this email today and after clicking through landed on a url that could not be loaded, which takes me to wondering whether the email was a phishing attack. The old copyright date at bottom (2023), as well as the lack of any logo header in the email, as well as error on landing raise suspicion. However when I ran the complete source html for the email through Vertex AI to check for tells of fraud, there was no obvious problem reported. Here is the text of the email:

[NOTICE] You’re now an admin of [company name redacted]'s AppSheet Organization!

Hello,

Your company, R-W, has enabled the team “Workspace Organization for [domain name redacted]” to be managed as an AppSheet organization and assigned you an organization administrator role.

As an organization admin, you now have full access to AppSheet’ organization-level management tools where you can:

  • Manage team membership for any group- and Workspace org-based teams in your organization
  • Manage team, root, or organization administrator role assignments of any user
