App Engine - Load balancing - Networking Latency

Hello,

We have been seeing a lot of issues with respect to the Load Balancer. The network latency is more than 9 minutes sometimes. Our front end services and mobile apps heavily rely on App Engine, and users are not able to load web pages or apps as the network requests are taking too long. It seems to start with 5xx errors for some reason. We have not deployed any new versions of App Engine and we investigated our services for internal errors and did not find any internal issues.

The issue started with GCP outage on 30th January 2023. The issue tracker says its fixed, but we still see intermittent errors from 30th January 2023 to 3rd Feb 2023: https://status.cloud.google.com/incidents/6aPV6JSu9PSyJzgyGnV2

Hi @EPS_DEV ,

Based from the link of the incident that you’ve shared, those issues regarding Google Compute Engine, Google Cloud Networking and Google App Engine, were already fix and resolved.

I don’t have access or visibility to your project and resources. This is needed to further investigate what caused the incident on those specified dates and time.

If you have an existing support package, I recommend you to file a support case for further assistance. But if this will not work for you, you can report this incident by issuing a report/bug.
