APIGEE-X | Trial License | Rate Plan recurring fee not deducted

Hi Apigee Team/Forum Members,

I am facing an issue with the rate plan subscription.

Apigee-X trial license being used for integration purpose in our product. Our product is ready for customers and once a customer agreement happens we will use the paid apigee-x service.

Here is the flow that is being executed.

  1. Using management API, a developer has been created and monetization config has been modified to prepaid type

  2. Prepaid Wallett balance has been added for this developer.

  3. One API proxy, API product has been created.

  4. Attached rate plan has been created for api product and is in published state.

  1. Using management api, subscription of this api product is done for this developer. Now the issue starts.

4.1) Upfront One time fees has been deducted as SAR 5.

4.2) No automatic recurring fees (prorated/full) deduction has happened.

4.3) This subscription was done on 19th Feb. So I waited till 1st March to see if the prorated fees has been deducted or not at the start of new month. By checking the prepaid wallett balance, I found that it has not been deducted. So I waited till 20th March to complete the whole month of subscription to check , if now this deduction has happened, answer is still no.

4.4) Same scenario tried with multiple developers. Getting same result.

4.5) One thing to highlight is that, If I unsubscribe the rate plan after 1 day, 1 day prorate charge is getting deducted after the midnight cycle. But if no un-subscription is done, prepaid wallett balance is still the same. i.e only one-time setup fee deducted.

Need your urgent support in understanding what is wrong here. Subscription API is very simple. And it takes api product only as argument.
