apigee load balancer router

1. @Anil Sagar If a router or message processor node goes down, the message in-flight will fail ,Does this message request goes to another router or the load balancer has to be configured to retry

When a router node fails ,inflight message will fail .What is the recommendation from APIGEE on this :

1. Retry logic implemented at Load balancer level

2. A Fresh call by client.
