I’m happy to introduce the new open-source Apigee Edge to X Migration Tool. The migration tool is designed to streamline the migration effort when expanding or moving to Apigee X / hybrid from Apigee Edge or OPDK. This tool streamlines the migration process, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance during the transition.

The migration tool offers several key features to streamline the migration process. It provides automated migration for entities from Edge to X, supports custom modules for extended functionality, and presents a user-friendly interface with intuitive prompts. Additionally, the tool includes a comprehensive logging system for tracking the migration process, aiding in troubleshooting and analysis.

The tool is built based on the knowledge and experience of migrating dozens of customers to Apigee X. I’m excited to release this tool to the community, please use it, raise issues and contribute.
