I have submitted iOS and Android Appsheet apps for Branding in the past without issue - the emails come back from Appsheet within 24 hours with the links to download or in some cases error messages. In the past month I have resubmitted the same apps for re-Branding since it has been more than 1 year since the last Branding and I am not receiving emails back with errors or the links? I have filed the issue with Google but I only here back saying they are researching it? It has been 3 weeks now with no explanation or update.

Thank you for the update. So there is a general problem and it is not related to my submissions? I had re-submitted an iOS and Android app for Branding with the same ‘no response’ on either request.

I just checked again and they told me it’s still a work in progress.
To the best of my knowledge there are only a couple of cases with the same problem but it does not look like a general issue.
I’ll follow up and keep you posted.

The Android Branding works fine now, tried it on 2 apps. Attempting the iOS Branding next on another 2 apps. Will update you with that ASAP. Thanks again for the help.
