I was doing the billing for firebase blaze plan in gcp and after giving the card details and cvv I am getting this error “An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later. [OR-3DSRFT-13]”

I don’t know why this error is coming and I am using an Indian sbi visa debit card.

Is it something related to bank account or card

Please help me.

Try using another account. Worked for me.
