All metrics in Looker Studio report becomes numbers?

In Looker Studio, I try to create a GA4 report, then take the GA4 as the data source. Then I set the dimension to “Full path URL” and add some metrics.

The “Full path URL” shows properly. However, for all the metrics, they will become numbers, even for language codes, link URL, etc. see below:

Why?

In Looker Studio, metrics are generally assumed to be aggregations, which in most cases are numbers.

Can you make those fields like language code and link URL into dimensions instead? Is there a reason you want them to be metrics?
