I added an image to my form using the column type “show” / type details “image”
However, the image is very small… Can I enlarge it?

What are your image dimensions? You can find these by selecting the image in your drive and then look at the image details.
If the image dimensions are too small, then you will need to upscale the image. Otherwise, it would be blurry if the size was simply increased. Normal size is in the neighborhood of 600 x 600.
Note that, in larger images, AppSheet tries to retain original image proportions when down scaling the image. So if the image width is long but has a small height, it may look very small. For example if the image is 1800 wide and only 100 tall, the down scaling will make the width something like 600 wide, one-third the size, but that also means the height is one-third as well.
