We have a product application and when we add the product in the sales list ,it is added automatically in the tables in the google sheet. But we dont know how to add a column in our table in google sheet and continue to work.please help
I am not completely certain what you are asking.
Generically, to add a column you simply need to:
- Physically add the column to the Google sheet.
- In your app go the columns view of your table and tap the “Regenerate Table” button.
- Have all users re-Sync the app to make sure they have the updated table structure.

There is no way to automatically add a new column to a spreadsheet using AppSheet, nor is there a way to automatically add a new column to an app table. As noted by @WillowMobileSys , the app editor must be used to add a new column to a table in the app.
