Action button to edit all data from another table that matched the "Key" ID number

Hi all,

I’m working on a summary report (Detailed View) that consist of reference data from another table. Few columns with sum from another sheet using =vlookup. I would like create an action button on column Table A to edit the entire row on Table B with the same ID number in Table A. How to achieve that ?

I create a view for Table B and tried “App: Go to another view within this app” and it does open the edit form but unfortunately, it will only open the first row (First ID number) of Table B despite different ID number was selected. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Maybe use a “reference action”?

Hi Dillon,

Thanks for the advice. Changed column type to Ref on Table A, and =CONCATENATE… automatically applied on an action. But it wont match the “Key” in Table B, and always open the first row in Table B. Am I missing something here ?
