Hi everyone,
We would like to share an important announcement regarding Google Network Planner. We have made the decision to discontinue Google Network Planner, a free Early Access Product starting January 31, 2025. This decision was reached after careful consideration, and we understand that it may impact your operations.
Network Planner will remain available until January 31, 2025 to give you ample time to transition to another provider.
Here is additional information to guide you through this change:
What you need to do
- Data Export: You can export your site configurations, polygons, coverage runs, and specific reports directly from Network Planner. More information about exports is available on the Network Planner Help Center.
Note: A bulk export to download all project settings, sites, polygons, data points, and antennas that are in use for your entire organization will be available soon. - Alternative Provider: To assist you with the transition, we have partnered with InfoVista, which offers robust network planning and optimization solutions, as well as a simplified process to ingest Google Network Planner data. Please reach out to InfoVista for additional information.
We’re here to help
We’re committed to providing the resources and support you need to make this transition as smooth as possible. If you have any questions or require further assistance, please reach out to networkplanner-support@google.com.
If you are a Google SAS customer, please know that Google remains committed to **Citizens Broadband Radio Service (**CBRS) and continues to offer a reliable **Spectrum Access System (**SAS) service.
Thank you for choosing Google Network Planner.
