Hi all, my team has inherited an application that is posting to the Ads api. I was tasked with setting up a test account and during this process we realized the api credentials are tied to a console account that we cannot access. We know the password but we don’t know who the owner of the 2FA phone number is to log in and account recovery does not seem possible thru the default process. Finding the proper support channels is proving difficult and it seems that this is probably a standard, non paid account. We have access to another cloud account tied to an email address with the same domain. Just wondering if anyone can point me into the right direction to try and get the process going to recover this account or at least to contact that can tell us we are out of luck and we need to start from scratch.
