Hi, i have the correct plan for Appsheet, i pay for the Core Plan secure par user for 10 users, i never exceed 10 users but i have my account blocked. Can you please help me all my apps are blocked, and my work is in danger.

Can you check your billing section? You may have one more user then the licences paid, as it is calculated on a 30-rolling days basis.
Hi Aurelien, Yes i checked my Billing section and i confirm that i pay for 10 users, and in the app info i get all my apps never exceed 10 users during last 30 days.
So what can be the problem?
