Accidental $299 Skills Boost Purchase - Seeking Refund Path (Support Links Broken)

Hello,

I am in a very confusing situation and need urgent help.

  1. I was using the Gemini CLI and hit my daily quota limit.

  2. The CLI prompted me with a URL to upgrade my plan. This link took me to the “Google Developer Program” pricing page ( Plans & Pricing | Google Developer Program  |  Google for Developers ).

  3. Believing I was upgrading my Gemini Code Assist service, I purchased the $299 Premium plan.

  4. To my surprise, I received a receipt from “Qwiklabs”, not Google Cloud. I discovered that I had accidentally purchased a subscription to “Google Cloud Skills Boost”, a training platform I did not want or need.

  5. This is not the service I intended to buy. I wanted to pay for the Gemini service itself, not a training subscription.

This situation is made worse because I cannot find any way to contact support for a refund:

  • The support links and “Email Us” buttons on the Google Cloud Skills Boost website do not work. They are completely unresponsive.

  • I contacted Google Cloud Platform support (Case ID:63207426). They confirmed that they cannot see the charge in their system and told me they cannot help, as it is a different service.

I am now stuck in a loop. GCP Support tells me to contact Skills Boost, but the Skills Boost website provides no working method to contact them.

Could a community manager or Google employee please help me find the correct channel to process a cancellation and a full refund for this accidental purchase?

Thank you.
