A SaaS like app

I want to create a SaaS like appointment management app. Which I can create different users for from different organisations so they can use to book their appointments and manage them.

I do not want access to client’s data but rather they will all just be using my platform to input and manage their data.

Is this possible? What type of a license would I need?

You would need to have the Security filter feature and that needs min. Core subscription.
