Context:
I am a cloud Devops and I received this week the files for the website I deployed from the company that coded the website. The website is in php and everything worked fine when I deployed the website using cloud run except for a blank space result of a missing video that is supposed to use/occupy that space withing the home landingpage…
When right click on the blank space and click on “inspect” there is an error 500…
The docker file I used was a copy paste from a repo.
TS:
Already tried multiple web browsers, Chromium based, Firefox based and the video is still missing…
I also redirected the source of the video to a public Cloud Storage Bucket and it worked, the video was displayed however this was was not authorized in order to prevent spaghetti code and having code all over the place…
Also tried increasing the memory declared on the docker file from 32 MB to 64 MB and then up to 300 MB.
I need Help in order to fix this may be by:
- Using another docker template/file or modifying it.
- Use something else other than cloud run.
- More ideas?
