Same exact issue. One thing I considered is if it was my javascript framework and content hydration delaying render of the Privacy Policy, so I wrote it static in an a tag. But that still didn’t solve it.
I am unable to get any support for this issue.
I just spent the last 5 hours fighting this and this is my solution that works . My fix is if you have a cloud flair in front / bot fighter on it will NOT WORK! turn off all bot fighters it works!
I just fixed the issue. Since I use cloudflare, I have to disable Bot fight mode. Either this or I add www to the links I provided
