Y-axis Min and Max for line Chart

Hi,

I have a simple Line chart, I need to change the default max min value of the Y-axis. In https://support.google.com/looker-studio/answer/7059697?hl=en#time-series-in-looker-studio it says there should be an option to do so. But I cannot find it on my side:

You need to turn off “Align both axes to 0” in the Axes section to see the axis min and axis max in the left Y-axis section. (Don’t ask why axis max is not displayed when this option is checked).
