Wrong Weekday in Looker Studio

Hello.

I have GA4 connected to Looker Studio and wanted to create a report based on “weekdays”. In the standard format one day way not translated from the number “7” to the weekday. with an other format this was solved. But when I doublechecked that data in Excel I recognised that there is shift of 1 day in the data.

After that I put date and weekday next to each other and recognised that Lookerstudio is not translating correctly.

As also in the documentation Looker Studio seems to work with number from 0 (Sunday) to 6 (Saturday). It seems that GA4/BQ is sending 1 (Sunday) to 7 (Saturday), which leeds into the shift and the issue that the 7 is not translated.
The other format I used translates 1 (Monday) to 7 (Sunday), which does not fit the incoming data.

I could not even check the weekday numbers because, when I switched the format to “Day Number” using the code “e” in the setttings, all weekdays are just “e”. The UI switches to format “Day Number”. Just the data dont.

I just found out that “c” is the correct format shortcut to get the “Day Number”

Is this a known issue? Is there a workaround I can use to get the right weekdays?

The tools are set up in German. We use the standard Looker Studio.
